Hello
Regarding the loan, I don’t understand why the 50 is compared to the present value of the principal plus the interest. It seems as if we are not comparing like with like. I was thinking it should have been 50+1.5+1.5+1.5=54.5 compared to the present value of 46.01.
Please explain, thanks.
