Dear Sir,
I am revising SBR and in the joint arrangement lecture, there is a difference of accounting treatment if the arrangement is structured
– not through a separate vehicle
– through a separate vehicle
I know this is bit dumb to ask, but vehicle here if I understand correctly would means an agents or company. Is this true?

If there is a separate legal entity then it is a joint venture and if not then it would be a joint operation.
