Dear Sir,
I am revising SBR and in the joint arrangement lecture, there is a difference of accounting treatment if the arrangement is structured
– not through a separate vehicle
– through a separate vehicleI know this is bit dumb to ask, but vehicle here if I understand correctly would means an agents or company. Is this true?
