Why in cash flows from financing activities there is no figure of proceeds from issue of share capital even though it is calculated in working?
Without the question in front of me, here’s a wild guess! We’re the shares issued as part of the acquisition consideration for buying a new subsidiary?
If I’m right, it was not an issue in exchange for cash so no impact on a cash flow statement
If I’m wrong, post again!
