there is a gain on property of $10.5m in SPL before arriving at the PT , what is it?
and shouldn’t we make any adjustment to it?
It is a combination of a profit on disposal and gain on revaluation of investment property.
It has been adjusted for if you add the 9 and 1.5 in the indirect method of calculating cash generated from operation. You don’t need to separate it out like they’ve done in the answer.
