BPP 19.3
Can you please help me understand why “Direct labour is a variable cost” is not correct? Thanks.
I only have the online version of the BPP Revision Kit and at the moment there seems to be a problem – I keep getting the message ‘try again later’.
I will try again later and answer you as soon as I am able to get access 🙂
Hi sir, this is resolved from your answer here: https://opentuition.com/topic/standard-costing-69/#google_vignette
I was confused a very basic concept, I thought that direct labour is always a variable cost and did not calculate cost per unit at all. All good now, thanks!
That’s great – I am pleased that you are now OK with it 🙂
