Dear sir,
In the lecture, you mention that if an operating lease is commenced, the asset will be moved from the inventory to investment property.
Why was the asset before the lease classified as inventory instead of non current asset?
Because not all cars / machines / cranes / ships / beds / desks / chairs etc (endless list omitted) are TNCA
If my business is buying and selling cranes then all the cranes that I have are my inventory
