Please pardon my ignorance if this is a silly question but I just want to be 100% clear….
From what I understand, if you want to practise as a registered auditor in the UK you will need to complete the UK P2 paper. Other than that, one should sit the International P2 paper. So, if I’m not sitting the UK paper and therefore sitting the International paper, I assume there is no need to study the ‘Supplement’ material (Paper P2 IFRS/UK differences – For Exams in September 2017- June 2018 Download BPP Supplement) provided by Open Tuition for P2 as it is irrelevant. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Thank you in advance.
Hi,
Correct, the differences are only examinable if you are sitting the UK paper, if you’re sitting the INT paper then ignore the differences.
Thanks
