Building revalued on 1st jan 2024 to 6 million . was purchased on 1s jan 2020 (life being 25 years).
Thus dep for 2024 should be – 6m/21=0.286 million.
solution is giving dep for 5 yrs= 0.3 million.Isnt the revaluation done on 1st jan 2014. solution seems to be revaluating on 31.12.2024
