According to IFRS16, how should i classify a lease for 10yrs of land from a private individual? and also how do I account for this lease in my company financial statements?

Hi,
How do you think that it would be accounted for under IFRS16? If you at least attempt to answer your query yourself then I’ll tell you if you are correct or not.
