Dear Sir,
With reference to the F4, chapter 4, are Arbitrations of International Court of Arbitration (ICA) and Arbitrations of UNICITRAL two different arbitration processes? Or ICA is a part of UNICITRAL?
Kindly explain;
connection or difference of these two institutions.Many thanks
