Dear Sir,
With reference to the F4, chapter 4, are Arbitrations of International Court of Arbitration (ICA) and Arbitrations of UNICITRAL two different arbitration processes? Or ICA is a part of UNICITRAL?
Kindly explain;
connection or difference of these two institutions.
Many thanks
S D Fernando
Please, waiting for an answer
HI,
ICA is the Court that deals with interpreting the Arbitrations of UNICITRAL. So they are interlinked in so far as the ICA is interpreting the Arbitration rules. Therefore, incorrect to view them as 2 different processes.
Best wishes,
Vijay
