    Dear tutor,

I have question regarding with IAS 8. Reclassification of administrative expenses to cost of good sold is considered as changes in accounting policies or accounting estimates?

    Thankyou

    Hi,

It is a change in accounting policy as we are changing the presentation of the account balance. Remember that a change in accounting policy arises from changes to the recognition, measurement or presentation.

    Thanks
