Hello tutor,
Can you explain this definition of Financial Liability?
Financial Liability is to exchange another financial asset/liability with the (loan notes) holder under conditions that are potentially unfavourable to the (loan notes) issuer.

I wouldn’t worry about this too much at this level but essentially we are looking at a loss making forward contract.
