    Dear Tutor,

    I am sorry if this question was answered in another thread!

    IAS 19 2011 has few changes like abandoning 10% curtail approach and some changes in Post service cost. I guess lectures are based on 1998 standard, so does notes reflect those changes?

    So will they be updated for Dec’16 sitting? and also are there any other major changes in IFRS/IAS ?

    IAS 15 – Revenue is one

    Leases standard is moving from IAS 17 to IFRS 16, It won’t be applicable for examination at least till June’17, right?

    Hi,

    Yes, I’m currently halfway through the updated recordings, so they will definitely be ready for the December exams. Just keep working through the current notes.

    Yes, IFRS 15 is the biggest change and IFRS 16 is not yet currently examinable.
