Sir, do multi employer plans have to be ‘defined benefits plan’ alone or can they be ‘defined contributions plan’ as well?
I don’t mean they have to be both simultaneously but i was just wondering if they can be either or just DBP.
Hi,
It is entirely at the employer’s discretion as to the types of scheme offered.
Thanks
