    Hiya All

I’m going for F7 in December 2015 – any tips on how to study for this exam?

I realise that I will have to practice, practice, practice, any other advice would be great.

    Thanks

Time management is really important in this paper…..

It is really common that you are well prepared and also in exam you are pretty confident after seeing the questions…. but fail to effectively manage time which in turn you fail to complete 60% of the paper… (Either you write too much or take too long to derive one figure- just don’t stuck figure will only cost you 1-2 marks) when you start to panic you start to shuffle….

So practice the past papers and mock exam in time condition…. (Don’t practice with unlimited or infinite time..)

Have a grip on IAS/IFRS….. just don’t learn them for sake of passing…. Know how to apply them and they are also important for P2.

    Regards

Thanks for the help above, will come in useful during revision and exam practice.

Any other tips out there on how to keep on top of the studies whilst learning the subject. the text that I have been given advise not do any exam kit questions until you have gone through the text and the lecture notes.

    thanks
