Sir in case we are getting a higher value from a different use of an asset to that being done by the entity but the change to that use is less likely, for example higher value by converting a commercial property into residential development but less likely to allowed to be done so, do we still consider this amt?

It would depend if that use is actually going to be put into place. If it is then yes you would, but if not then we’d ignore it.
