    Hello,
For individuals have adjusted net income (ANI) more than £100,000, PA is reduced by
    50% x (ANI – £100,000).
Is there any case that PA is not available at all (no PA is allowed for very high income individuals?)

    Thanks.

This issue is clearly dealt with in the OT notes and lectures – have you studied these?

Junelaw – hope you have seen the note and watched the lecture and now understand this issue?
