    Hope you are doing well,

    I would like to know which standard is relevant for option contract , in Previous Paper Dec 10 , Question 2 , answer says FRS 26, is that still relevant or we can now use IFRS 9 while settled in Net either pay or receive cash. Kindly advice

    Hi,

    I’m well thanks. I’d use IFRS 9 as that covers financial instruments. If you’re looking at exam answers that refer to FRS 26 then you must be looking at the UK version.
