Hi
I saw all the video lectures for group accounts and was able to work out all the questions in the OT notes. But now when I do the questions in past papers and exam kit, i am struggling with them alot.
I just don’t understand wat to do.
Please guide me on this.Thanks,

What is it that you are specifically struggling upon?
I’d always work the first two pieces of additional information first as that contains the information relating to the structure of the group and enables you to calculate net assets, goodwill and NCI.
I’d then begin to write out the consolidation and then once you’ve done that you can then start to work through the other pieces of information that specifically relate to the accounting standards and adjust the face of the group accounts and workings (usually group retained earnings).
