Because you did not explain the capital and revenue grants accounting treatments.
Are we going to use similar approach like deferred income approach on both grants?
Also, the $2 million grants spread along the useful life of the PPE, which is $200 release each year,
When we credit the grant income of $200 in the SPL we increasing the revenue account and debiting the deferred income WHICH reduce the deferred income in the SPF?
Is my accounting explanation correct?
