For part a where the question requires us to analyse the strain piston considering the internal and external perspective, could I apply the Swot model?
August 27, 2016 at 9:54 am #335535Yes you can always apply SWOT to analyse internal and external factors. However, just using SWOT (unless specifically asked to) does not allow you to show off other models you might know like PESTEL, 5 Forces, resources and competences etc.
The other models can be used to generate ideas for the SWOT analysis.

September 1, 2016 at 8:09 pm #336919Look at the model answer. I assume the examiner picked the best.
