hello john hope you’re well. I wanted to ask this question please kindly help me.
as when we sell our subsdiary for the calculation of consolidated accounts we take net assets, goodwill and nci at the date of disposal right?
but what if they have not been given and there are only acquisition, do we take those??thank you.
