Sir as per fair value measurement , it should not be adjusted for transaction cost
There was a question in kaplan which states a flock of sheep purchased for 100000(including transaction cost of 5000) now for calculating fair value less cost to sell they calculated commission of 5% on 100000
But shouldn’t they first remove the transaction cost?
Presumably it is 5% of the total cost hence why they are applying it to the 100,000.
