it was quite ok for me, I managed to attempt all questions but believe my arm is still feeling not good. Thanks to Open tuition guy I wonder what would have happened if I dind’ t read your summarized contents . Once agains congs and may God Bless your Good work

Paper was too lengthy…hoping for a pass but you never know with written papers!!

Management Representation LetterEven with easy questions is possible to fail, especially when lot of thinking is required like for substantive tests which were included in too many parts. One question I did not get time to attempt,thought I was writing on high speed.will see outcome in 3 months
I believe the time was too short for this exam. A lot to write on each question. I attempted all questions but time management was very poor and I failed to provide structured and precise answers. Moreover, in the middle my handwriting became just awful.
What abt specific questions I had difficulties tow write:
Q1-management and auditors responsibilites in teh perspective of Laws and regulation
Q3- examples of factors for each audit risk component

The paper was ok, yet I think I need some luck on my side to pass the paper. I believe I did extremely well on question 2,3, and 4, on question 5 not as well. As for question one, which counted the most (30), I did not even get a chance to make a decent attempt. In fact, by then, I was out time, very tired (after several sleepless nights…), it all seemed like an alien language. Likewise was my attempt, and if the marker reads that full page and I get a point out of it, I would be very happy as it may come to that single point whether I pass the paper or not!

F8 exam was OK, but I run out of time a bit and haven’t finished last part of Q3. I’m dissapoited I haven’t write some stuff even it was so obvious and I knew it! I will see on 13th Feb, of course hoping to pass….

the paper was ok,the examiner brought easy questions but too much to write,
so time factor was the only problem i found in this paper.The exam was time consuming….i got no time to revisit my answers….Q2 ( internal control element…i got no clue…overall i performed above average….hope 2 pass.
December 2011 F8 paper has been published on ACCA website however not the answers yet… You guys may wanna have a look at it 😉
The December 2011 Questions are published on the ACCA website.
So you can get a rough idea what marks you scored, where you went wrong, so on.
Maybe some more views can be shared on Open Tuition about your answers to the paper.

Having staded F8 3 month, I got a flu on the eve of exam, struggled to subdue temperature. So even well prepared exam looked like nightmare fore me. It was very hard to think and write, and not enough time to finish 5 Q properly. Substantive testing in Q1 was too complicated for me. Hope to pass, pray Jesus and Virgin Mary every day. Good lack for all, audit is pretty interesting subject to be familiar with.
