I fully agree with maulik.its a punishment to have taken exam in september.
September 9, 2015 at 4:30 pm #270805What about the mcqs?
Is it 2 for the graph in McQ ?
And the tactical and operational question is it first one tactical, and the second one operational?September 9, 2015 at 4:30 pm #270806@paree said:

The last 3 mcqs are lengthy.
September 9, 2015 at 4:33 pm #270808Hi, to everyone where can I find the suggested answers for MCQ F5 September 2015?
September 9, 2015 at 4:55 pm #270821I have to say that F5 Sep 2015 was tough. Examiner has set MCQ to examin more than one topics within each question. That was very clever. However too long scenarios for MCQs worth 2 marks only made more difficult to manage the time.
Part B was crazy and It felt like questions are open to interpretation.
This exam costs £90 on average and not providing graph paper is just stingy.September 9, 2015 at 4:56 pm #270822What did everyone get for the shadow price one?
And also the selling price where demand is zero?
Revalant costing one, where some labour was refusing to work, for 10 hours?September 9, 2015 at 4:57 pm #270824CVP Q didn’t state whether to arrange prod T R C stating with the one that earns the highest CONTN ratio.. Little worried!!

Revalant costing one, where some labour was refusing to work, for 10 hours?I can’t remember but the price is 35 (from formula) which could lead demand to be 0.
P=a-bq
MR=a-2bq=35-Q/50 (provided by the question) so a=35 – demand is 0September 9, 2015 at 5:01 pm #270827I think the price is 110
September 9, 2015 at 5:02 pm #270829For the weighted contribution, did we take out the % of fixed cost from labour?
September 9, 2015 at 5:02 pm #270831All I know is I came out of the exam hall with a headache! still have them and at work 🙁
September 9, 2015 at 5:05 pm #270832September 9, 2015 at 5:08 pm #270836hope you are right because i got 35 too, although it seemed far too straight forward to be correct, so I ended up dwelling on it.

There are several easy questions in MCQ section so we should feel we are lucky!

Hi, to everyone where can I find the suggested answers for MCQ F5 September 2015?The ACCA will not be publishing the whole of the September exam, and not until after the December exam anyway.
“With the introduction of the four exam sessions, we will continue to publish the same number of exams, two per year, and at the same times, after the December and June exam sessions.
These exams will be compiled from questions selected by the examining team from the two preceding sessions. That is, they will not reflect the entire September or December exam, for example, but will contain questions most appropriate for students to practice. “

The ACCA announced after the June exams that they will no longer be publishing either the exam questions or the answers. Without the questions we cannot provide suggested answers.Hi John
Would you be able to answer my question earlier?
I briefly mentioned that for sales price/volume variance analysis (for both operational and planning), i used the standard selling price instead of the standard contribution.
Would I gain any credit here – it was a 8 mark question 🙁
Thanks a lot!

So P=35-Q/100Set Q=0,
P=35110 for relavant cost I think

What is the answer for the graph budget difficulty or something is it 2?I had 40 for relavant cost, I thought the 70$ was sunk as we would employ then anyway!
September 9, 2015 at 5:39 pm #270847And the one about checking the numbers of good received note, the month
Is it range and sequence check?September 9, 2015 at 5:40 pm #270848I can’t wait to see what the pass rate is. I’m guessing it will be less than June’s 37%! If I don’t make it this time (I do think I have probably just scraped through despite having messed up the minimax regret question), I’ll give it more one try. If I don’t pass then, I quit!
September 9, 2015 at 5:42 pm #270849My second time taking this exam and I have to say after all the work I put in I was totally baffled by this paper? The MCQ questions were too long, and Section B was very confusing in parts. Very disappointed with this sitting.

Is it range and sequence check?That’s what I picked. I hadn’t heard of it, but it seemed the logical answer.
