    Dear Sir,

    The question on Example 3 page 29 of SBR tuition note is as follows:
    “Betty own 70% of……then it sold 10%…”, it means that Betty reduced 10% post disposal. However the solution on page 131 calculate NIC increase of 20%. I really don’t understand it. Could you please enlighten me on this? Thank you very much and I look forward to hearing from you.

    Yes, I believe that this is a slight mistake in the class notes and we’ll get it updated in due course.

    Thank you very much for your kind reply. It is clear to me now.
    This is the first time I know about Opentuition and I find the class notes is very useful to me. All the subject matters are very understandable in this notes. I really appreciate it.

    I do hope I can get a better result this time by the knowledge I gain from the notes. Once again, thank you very much.
