Hello, i would like you to guide me on the financial asset question.
In example 2 (iii), the question stated that the effective rate of interest on the debenture is 5.71%, but the answer stated the rate is 5.36%.
I think it would be related to the premium on 5%.
Could you please explain how to obtain 5.36%?
