Hi,
In the exam preparation question for NCA’s on page 35 of the notes, I am able to make sense of all figures, but why is the depreciation after impairment @ 500?
Kindly inform on how this 500 was calculated? (Solution on page 135 of the notes).

Hi Aayush,
Welcome to the forum. I think that there is a slight error in the solution and it should be 700 and not 500. This would be the 14,000 over the remaining life of 10 years for 6 months.
