    Hi there,

it has been a long time since I sat on an exam and I do feel very apprehensive. I will start with E1 and was wondering is any of you are able to tell how close are the exam kits structure with the real exam you have sat?

I need to brush up my capability to sit on an exam and I would like your opinion how close are the exam kits with the actual exam? Are they (kits) easier, are they almost same as exam, or are they more expanded in terms of knowledge.

    Thank you for reading

    Linda

I used Kaplan and bps kits for e1. They were good prep. And exam content was the same – more or less.

I used the Kaplan exam kit plus one of the Cima aptitude test. They were very similar in style but of course, the questions very different!

I will probably do much the same for F1 (which I’m studying for now).

PS the FREE study text from Astranti was invaluable too btw.

Past papers are available for exam till 2014 because after that the pattern changed to OTQs. You can find resources for case study exams in CIMA website.
