    Hello sir…
    Need your detailed advice
For Section B i have prepared 19 questions from Exam kit
    5 for substansive procedures
6 for audit risks (part of some questions covered substansive procedures as well)
    8 for internal controls
My exam is on 5th sept..and i have read the study text only once (though read properly)

For the remaining days, i am planning to (1)read the study text again..(imp parts) (2)looking to solve those sec B questions again as there are many things which gets repeated and perfecting those are more imp according to me as i covered all varieties….(3)solving 2 mocks to ensure my paper is completed on time..
My question is according to you ..are 19 questions enough? Or should i change my strategy?

    Looking forward for your reply..Thanks

Although you will find a lot of commonality between some past questions, it’s not worth trying to learn them – because a subtle difference between the scenario or wording of the requirement may mean the answer that you want to give is irrelevant.

I would forget the kit and forget the study text and see this post https://opentuition.com/topic/exam-preparation-18 – ignore the first para but make sure you have worked through everything else that is geared to question practice on this site and in the CBE practice platform. If you need to refer back to a study text for anything – you could start with our notes first – especially if it’s concerning auditor’s reports (!)

Everything at this stage should be “doing” – not just reading. I recommend our Section A revision resources because they have good answer justifications – students should do well on Section A but many don’t on the day because they haven’t understood the subtleties in applying their knowledge in their preparation.

And of course, if anything technical is not clear – that’s what I’m here for!
