Good day Sir,

Why wasn’t the free cash flows given for EV clubs (390,419,455,490) taxed before trying to value the club?

Because they are given in the question as being the free cash flows, they will already be after-tax. (Had you been given pre-tax profits instead you would then have had to deal with the tax, but that is not the case here).
