hey there
does anybody know if i will be awarded marks if i didn’t get to do the consolidated statement of P&L? literally ran out of time to put in the adjustments needed, and didn’t get to add across, basically the statement itself was not done ??? i’m really scared i will lose all the marks, i did the workings but also did not have time to calculate the profit attributable to NCI, how bad is it going to be? ?
Hi Rana,
When you look at the answers to previous questions the majority of the marks are actually for the workings you do such as goodwill calculations, profit on disposal calculations and the various other adjustments required.
I wouldn’t worry too much. As long as you managed to attempt all the questions there is always a chance of passing. Time management is the real issue in this exam.

Hi,
You won’t lose all the marks as you will be given credit for what you’ve done.
Thanks
