sir as an employee what is better for me, something should be tax deductible or exempt?
2 different things – a tax deductible expense is simply allowing a deduction against employment income for an expense incurred personally by the employee.
An exempt benefit is something provided by the employer to the employee but which is not then treated as taxable income.
