    Why would you want to? That’s not going to be an issue in F7 / Financial Reporting

    Well the way both are used in calculations is same,so i was just curious why the wording is different.

    Ah, now I understand – I didn’t before because your question didn’t make sense

    “Can we say THAT (the) ‘interest rates on similar non convertible bonds’ aND ‘effective rate of interest?’ MEAN THE SAME”

    Yes, it’s simply the examiner trying to give you the same information using different expressions
