    Hey,

I’ve got a question regarding E2 Kaplan Exam Kit, Q61, 62 and 68 in particular, pictures of these shown on links below. Questions 61, 62 and 68 are about The McKinsey 7S Model, Johnson and Scholes’ cultural web framework, and the Hofstede model respectively. I do not recall (or even think) these being covered at all within the Kaplan E2 Study Text book. So, I am wondering if these are really examinable material and if not then why exactly it’s even in he Exam Kit in the first place. Please clarify. This would be really appreciated.

Organisational culture is in the syllabus so cultural web is relevant. I don’t think Hofstede and 7S are relevant.

There should be consistency between a publisher’s text and exam kit. Here, inappropriare questions might have been inadvertently left in the kit after the syllabus change. If a subject is not in the text book, ignore it.
