Hi,
I’ve tried logging in and looking on my account on ACCA but I can’t find where to download my docket.
I tried this link https://www.accaglobal.com/ca/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/exam-attendance-docket.html on the ACCA website as well but it keeps saying my exam docket is currently unavailable.
Does anyone else have this issue or is it something I need to contact ACCA about?
August 25, 2020 at 11:03 am #581889I haven’t had an email to say my docket is available but I thought it should be so went on and looked and can’t find anything either, did you get an email ?
August 25, 2020 at 11:13 am #581890I got an email about 2 weeks ago saying it would be available on the 24th but nothing after that.
August 25, 2020 at 11:21 am #581892I got an email yesterday but giving me a change of location, I also got an email a couple of weeks ago saying the 24th. I have no idea what’s going on
August 25, 2020 at 2:34 pm #581929Same here. Thanks for the posts. Now I know that I am not alone in this mess.
I also do not have access to the CBE practice platform. Have put a ticket (aka email) on ACCA website. Got an automatic reply that my problem would take 2 days to solve. Will update you tomorrow if it is sorted out.August 25, 2020 at 2:39 pm #581930Thank you very much for the link!
I just have printed my docket using it.August 26, 2020 at 3:16 pm #582163I have the same error…
‘Please note your exam docket is currently unavailable, please try again later.’
I’ve been trying since I got the email on Monday.
It’s starting to make me worry they are going to cancel, does anyone in Manchester (UK) have their docket?
August 26, 2020 at 4:49 pm #582187I have just spoken to ACCA as i havent recieved my docket for exams in Leeds and the lady said that there has been a error with the exam docket for Leeds centers so they should be out by the end of the week.
August 26, 2020 at 7:59 pm #582207Hi
In September I will have my first exam. My questions is what is “docket”?
Thanks for advice
August 26, 2020 at 9:07 pm #582214I haven’t had mine either, should be sitting fr at Manchester.
August 27, 2020 at 1:20 am #582225I still haven’t got mine either and am getting an error message. I’m sitting my exam in Birmingham so looks like a load of places (well at least Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham)I’m thinking about ringing myself If it’s not there by Friday. I also have a sinking feeling about them cancelling it.
August 27, 2020 at 7:02 am #582243It’s just a document you download, print off and take to the exam that has your personal details and exam details on.
August 27, 2020 at 7:03 am #582244That would be really annoying, I already had my June sitting of this exam cancelled.
August 27, 2020 at 9:58 am #582279Yep me too.
I already contacted the ACCA, got a generic email back:-Thanks for contacting us.
We are sorry your exam docket is not available at present and I apologise for any inconvenience caused
ACCA and The British Council are working extremely hard to sure a safe exam session in centres, We are working with local authorities and following the health guidance to ensure we have covered all the social distancing guidelines in all our centres.
Once this has been completed we will issue your docket
If you are looking for additional study support for your upcoming exams, we have recently introduced the ACCA practice platform which will allow you to take mock tests in preparation for your exam. To access the platform, please go through the below link and select the paper you are sitting. From there you would select Question Practice – ACCA practice platform and then log in using your account login.
August 27, 2020 at 11:05 am #582286To be 100% honest I’m shocked they haven’t canceled them already, I mean your not able to have more than 30 people at a wedding or a funeral but they can have lots of people at an exam, it doesn’t sit right with me. I also had a June exam canceled so it is massively frustrating but I guess ACCA are trying there best but I feel like until I have that docket I can’t focus 🙁 it’s fustrating!!
August 27, 2020 at 11:15 am #582291I know the feeling Zara.
Perhaps they are struggling for rooms – suppose they will need double the space now.
Not good – but what can you do? just need to try and stay focused and keep studying/revising in case we get a docket.August 27, 2020 at 12:20 pm #582301Right now you should fully expect the exam to happen unless we are told otherwise.

Hello Umaima,Thanks for contacting us and I hope you are well.
I am sorry to learn of the confusion concerning the issue of a docket for your remote exam in the September session.
The docket was released in error and is not required for remote exam.
Further information leading up to the day of your exam will be sent out soon so keep checking your emails for this. It will help on the day of the exam.
August 28, 2020 at 3:30 pm #582512I rang student services this afternoon.
They sent my docket about an hour later.August 28, 2020 at 4:26 pm #582526Thanks for the update. Will try that on Tuesday if still not received by then.
August 28, 2020 at 4:29 pm #582527Just got my docket through the link in the OP, seems to be available now.
September 7, 2020 at 5:03 pm #583870Zara, if you get this message in time. Please check your docket again not via the email link but by googling acca exam docket as i don’t know where it is stored on myacca, but there is a chance acca could have changed your venue again without informing you. Please double check, even the morning of your exam.
September 7, 2020 at 8:06 pm #583915Thanks, I have just rechecked and is still the same but thanks for the heads up appreciate it 🙂
