Hey Tutor, can you help me with this disadvantage of interview. I am not understanding what exactly it means.
"Prejudice – stereotyping groups of people"
It explains nothing just this line is written.

Disadvantages of Interview
4y ago#1it is generally assumed that we all have prejudices...even if we feel we don't. For example, an interviewer might be prejudiced against older candidates or candidates from a particular background.
Even if you are aware of your prejudices it can be difficult to correct for them whilst interviewing someone.
