Hey Tutor, can you help me with this disadvantage of interview. I am not understanding what exactly it means.
“Prejudice – stereotyping groups of people”
It explains nothing just this line is written.
Please help me.it is generally assumed that we all have prejudices…even if we feel we don’t. For example, an interviewer might be prejudiced against older candidates or candidates from a particular background.
Even if you are aware of your prejudices it can be difficult to correct for them whilst interviewing someone.
