Does anyone know if we can delay the exam? Initially I thought I could go in June but I'm not sure anymore. So I hope I can delay to September. Do I need to pay anything extra?

No, you will not have to pay anything extra.
ACCA will allow you to transfer the exam fees for the next session.
As long as you amend before the deadline.
