Non finalist question – if you cant access the password log on screen does this mean fail ? – I have been able to get there last few times but now cant

The only tell is when they switch your status from student to affiliate if you have passed all exams.I thought as an non finanlist whos passed you can access the ebusiness login, if youve failed you cant ???
