As regards to ancillary services, the latter are classified as investment properties if they are insignificant.

Isn’t providing housing for low-income employees an exampl me of ancillary services ?

Hi,

It isn’t an ancillary service. Although rental income is being received it is not significant for it to be considered as an investment property.
