Majority of the points in answer of “Strengths” are just facts stated from the question.
What I understand is you do not score marks for just stating facts from question. You have to link them with other points given in a scenario and comment on them/ give a conclusion.
Here in the answer of “Strengths” following are the points which simply state a fact from the question :-
1,2,3,4,5,6,8,9,10.
I am very confused with the approach to answer. Please help.
Yes, simply reproducing facts from a question is not a good strategy: the points you make in your answer require explanation eg the effect of the strength. For example, if the organisation had lots of cash then this gives it safety but also could allow it to takeover another company, invest in non-current assets or research. This is emphasised in the requirement “…evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of ONA and their impact on its performance”.
So, to deal with just one of you points, Number 10, the original answer said:
Highly motivated, courteous employees.
I would have said:
Highly motivated, courteous employees. This will improve and maintain the reputation of the company leading to greater customer loyalty and a willingness to make it the preferred choice and perhaps allow the company to charger higher fares.
