Hello dear tutor
Hope that you are well
My question is about consolidated cashflow when we have classified our subsidiary as ahfs(asset held for sale)…
How should we show the subsidiary’s cash and cash equivalent in consolidated SOCF?
Many thanks
Hi,
The subsidiary held for sale is still owned as part of the group as it hasn’t yet been disposed of, so therefore any amount in relation to the subsidiary still need to be included in the calculations.
Thanks
