Hi, please tell me that is conceptual framework is only useful for a current issue question or it is examinable in any part of the exam paper?

Hi,

It is examinable anywhere but usually makes an appearance in the current issues.

Don’t forget though that as it provides the fundamental principles for all accounting rules it can help you answer some parts of the other questions where you may be struggling.
