please somebody should help me out. when you calculating NCI under complex group structures, the adjustment that is made to the sub by taking the sub’s percentage of the subsub and subtracting it from the (NCI of the sub) is really not clear to me. There is an example in opentuition P2 notes under complex group structures( example one).

Have you watched the accompanying lecture to the notes? It explains the adjustment in full there as well as working through the example.
