General ACCACMA exemption, and rejection from ACCA

Hello All, Actually I have problem with ACCA, I sent them CMA certification and confirmation letter that i completed all exams with details for the exams and score , but ACCA rejected to give me exemption. the last email I received from ACCA they said "We require a completion certificate or letter from the Institute of Certified Management accountants confirming you have graduated successfully from the institute." Is their any one faced the same issue before?
