Hi all,
Please help me classify some ideas below
. potential synergy of acquisition
. culture clash
. no experience of operating or acquiring foreign companies
All of them should be belong to Suitability or Acceptability ?

Should be suitability as much as i can recollect.
this is my general view of the three classes:
1) Suitability – deals with best fit (culture, experience, synergies, etc some Pestel should come in here as well)
2) Acceptability – deals with whether the move makes sense to shareholders/stakeholders (examine profitability, liquidity, gearing, risks, financial risks etc)
3) Feasibility – deals with their capability to undertake a move (general experience comes in here, their financial ability to pay for the acquisition)
