Hi,
Where there is a difference between CIMA’s Code of Ethics and the company’s Code of Business
Conduct, which one takes priority?
Many thanks in advance.
If you are a member of CIMA (or a CIMA student) you are obliged to comply with their Code of Ethics. If the company’s code is stricter, there is no problem. If the company’s code is less strict (or even absent) then you would have to ensure you complied with CIMA’s rules.
That makes sense, thank you.
