Hi,
I am currently studying for the cima gateway. i have a good grasp of both the p2 and e2 modules. However, i am struggling with the f2 module at the moment.
My question is, how much detail will i need to know for f2 when it comes to the gateway exam? i believe there is no calculations but it is difficult to explain the theory without knowing and understanding the calculations.
If anyone else was in a similar position, what did they do to pass the gateway exam?
Hi,
I’ve not really done much towards the case study but think most of the examinability would be around the analysis of the financial statements and explanation of the accounting standards. If you work the questions in the class notes then that will help you understand the theory. This will involve calculations but if you want to have a full understanding then they’ll need to be done.
